Where is the store based? There is no physical store, but ROYALE operates out of South East Queensland, Australia.
When will my order ship? All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Usually, most mid-week orders are shipped within 12-24hrs, but sometimes it may be a couple of business days. Please do not send emails asking when an item will ship within 2 BUSINESS days. Often orders are shipped same day, but you may not be notified of tracking until it is convenient to do so.
Why haven't I received a tracking number? All items are shipped with tracking. The email containing your tracking and shipping advice may have gone to a junk mail inbox. Check all inboxes from the date you purchased.
How long will it take to receive my order? We only use EMS Couriers express services and generally it's about 7-10 days to most countries, but often it arrives before then, depending on the country and frequency of flights to that country from Australia.
Will I be charged Import Taxes or VAT in my country? Import taxes vary greatly from country to country and if your country does charge import taxes or value added tax for any item imported, this will apply to you. Import taxes are NOT withheld at the time of purchase and will apply at the time of import into your country. Please revise your own countries import tax laws prior to purchase to better understand the import fee associated with the purchase.
Why we no longer accept PayPal Unfortunately, PayPal doesn’t operate in the interests of small business, regardless of how good your reputation is. PayPal has policies that hurt cash flow, which are unacceptable. Stripe is an excellent third party payment processor and the merchant facility of choice for this business.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US? Absolutely, we ship WORLDWIDE, from Australia.
What if something is wrong with my order? If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, by emailing sales@royalefilmwear.com
Do you accept refunds or exchanges? Yes, Items can be returned for a refund or exchange on two conditions:
1. It is within 30 calendar days of you receiving the order
2. The item has not been worn, only tried on for size etc.
Why is a store based in Australia selling in USD? The pieces are manufactured in USD, selling in USD helps to mitigate risk in currency fluctuation as the product cost and the retail value remain relative.
Will you restock out of stock items? Yes, most of the time, the designs will be improved and restocked, but this can take time as there needs to be enough interest to warrant a new production run of that item. Less popular designs may be discounted and run out of stock without any plans to restock them.
